Right of Withdrawal

MISCO S.R.L. guarantees the right of withdrawal from purchase contract for any reason. To exercise this right you must send a registered official letter and preferably an e-mail michele@miscona.it or fax. at +39 0815267299 specifying the order number and which products are subject to return. All this within 7 days of receiving the goods.

The right of withdrawal is subjected to the following conditions:

1) the products must be returned unused and undamaged, in its original packaging complete in all its parts (including packaging, documentation and accessories), try to avoid labels or tape on the original packaging of the product;

2) according to the law, the expenses will be charged by the customer;

3) the shipment, until the confirmation of receipt in our warehouse, is under customer responsability. We are not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with shipments not insured or not tracked (i.e. standard postage);

4) if the goods are damaged during the transit, MISCO will promptly inform the customer (within 5 working days of receipt of goods) to enable him to file a complaint against the choosen carrier and to obtain refund of good (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, while canceling the request of withdrawal;

5) Instead, if the return will be returned intact at all points mentioned above MISCO will refund the sole cost of the product (no shipping costs) by bank transfer within 10 days of receipt. Any dispute between the parties is competent the court where the contract has been performed.
